This is part 1 of my in depth Dreamhack weekend analysis..... Looking at average statistics of champs that were chosen as Junglers. Excel file attached.

So first off here's the conclusions: Jungle Tanks is where it's at... ~80% of the Junglers were built as tanks. AMUMU, although well represented @ 64% Showinng, is not good @ 1800 ELO with only a 30% Win % and 2 Kill Points (Kill Points on 1-10 scale)!!! Nunu/Jarvan are the consistent winners with roughly 65% Win % and 4-5 Kill Points. Surprise Gangplank might be the best pick... only 1 game, but 100% Win % and 7 Kill Points.

Here's the basics... 28 games played between 8 teams (5 main players & 1 backup) for the Dreamhack weekend. 27 of those games had bans shown/officially announced (Xan v TSM bans were missed for some reason). So this led to 280 champs played and 162 documented champ bans between a max of 48 players.

Explanation of Headers:
Showing (%) = Matches played + Bans / Total # of Games Played
Win (%) = Average # of times the Champs Team Won

Assists = Average Assists/Game
GpM (Gold per Minute) = Average [(Gold/Game)/(Time/Game)] -- Time rounded to minutes

these statics doesnt actually prove anything what so ever cuz its depended on the team that played those champs plus after the nunu nerfs Amumu is prolly considerd the best jungle and tank pick in the game so realy there is no reason at all trying to prove that one is better then the other when the skill of the teams that played those games are different

not trying to prove anything. just the results of the analysis.... but thanks for pointing out that these results might be some of the reason for the above mentioned nerfs (nunu, ww, jarv, and ali all have been nerfed in past month) since i'm sure riot has these and much more stats on all their games... if not i'll consider a position if the offer is good enough .
