Heartseeker Strike seems like an ineffective skill to me simply because the enemy can walk out of it (the active, the passive is great).
Make it like a 3 sec channel like tf
anything about his passive you're thinking about changing?

now does this include limiting size, nerfing damage, or both?

If your going to make it non global then u need to for sure make the charge time a lot shorter....
Why are you guys determined to take out unique fun abilities that widen the diversity of tactics and abilities in this game? Do you want a bland cast of bruisers and carries?
