[Champion Concept] Barq, Noxian Operative

Barq was born into the military's front lines. His father was a young soldier, his mother lived in a small town near the edge of the Noxian and Demacian border. Soldiers were frequent in this town and Barq revelled in the stories of battle. When Barq was eight, his mother grew ill and died. With nowhere else to go, Barq joined the military, hoping to serve with his father. With ruthless precision and tact Barq completed countless missions his superiors thought to be impossible. Spending most of his time behind enemy lines, poisoning, assassinating, and ambushing enemy soldiers forged Barq into a ruthless monster on the battlefield. Demacians have referred to Barq as an evil spirit, no one ever saw him enter, no one ever saw him leave. Not long ago Garen the Might of Demacia was on the front lines. With the greatest opportunity presenting itself, Barq intended to kill Garen, and demoralize the Demacian armies for months to come. Barq crept quietly into the Demacian encampment and ambushed Garen. Garen proved to be harder to kill than Barq expected and the two fought into the middle of the encampment. Barq was exposed, surrounded, and now the focus of one of Demacias greatest warriors. Thinking quickly he began cutting through countless soldiers. Barely evading Garen, Barq cut a path to the oddly quiet battlefield and escaped into the black of night. Garen would never forget Barq, and since Barq was now exposed as a Noxian operative, he would be forced to return to the front lines, fighting battles head on. Barq requested entrance to the league hoping to put his skills of deception and assassination to better use.


Barq is based of cooldowns similar to Katarina and Garen.

[PASSIVE] Equipped: Any time Barq deals damage, he will attempt to use an equipment charge. Damage done by Barq using an equipment charge deals 3/6/9/12% bonus damage. If Barq does not have an equipment charge, he will generate an equipment charge after 30/25/20/15 seconds

Can be reduced with cooldown reduction,

[Q] Powerful Throw: Barq stands still for 2 seconds while he readies a heavy knife. While readying the heavy knife Barq may recast Powerful Throw to throw the knife before it's readied. If the heavy knife hits the target it will deal 10/20/30/40/50 (+.75AD) physical damage. For each second Barq Readies the knife, it will deal 25% more damage. Readying the knife does not break Camouflage.

[W] Camouflage - Active: Barq enters stealth, and remains in stealth until he moves, attacks, or deactivates Camouflage. Barqs next basic attack gets a bonus 5/10/15/20/25% chance to crit.
[W] Camouflage - Passive: While Camouflage is not on cooldown, movement speed is increased by 2/4/6/8/10% and regular attacks do 1/2/3/4/5% bonus damage.

Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds after stealth is deactivated.

[E] Silent Strike: Barq attacks his target with a strong melee attack dealing 15/25/40/65/90 (+.9AD) Physical damage, and silences the target for 1 second. If Barq was Camouflaged this ability can be affected by critical chance and the target will be stunned for 1 second and silenced for 2 seconds.

[R] Silent Takedown: Barq leaps to an enemy champion dealing 30/60/90 (+1AD) and Silencing that enemy for 1.5/2/2.5 seconds. If Barq was Camouflaged, he stuns the enemy champion instead. Barq Generates an Equipment charge after this attack.
