On the subject of oracles, how about making it a 30 second duration consumable.

This would allow a team a limited duration to clear stealth objects, without the long-term "sweeping" of wards that you hope to avoid.

I posted a long tl;dr about the colorblind thing as a new topic before seeing Xyph's reply concerning it. So... thank you for taking us into account! The new stealth system sounds 1000x better than any of the old ideas and I'm super excited for it, and Shurelia remakes are always awesome.

How about having where you can still sneak-creep while stealthed if the enemy is not facing you, (ie back turned.)

Removing oracles? Is this even serious?

You do know the GAMEPLAY elements that oracles adds to the game right?

Map control revolves around it.

The better route would to be making oracles only see wards or something of that sort if you're looking to stop stealth from being gibbed.

I don't know if anyone mentioned this but, why not keep oracles as one of those elixirs that give a greater radius and maybe has tenacity as a side effect for a normal elixir's time limit (tenacity against only those in stealth) that would make them still more viable while not being so overloaded with everyone picking up one for the sake of getting a tenacity elixir..

I'm deeply concerned that you've overlooked something. I am too lazy to find the exact quotes, but you had two conflicting statements earlier.

1. Someone inquired as to if there would be a gem above yourself or over enemies. Worried that if it was over yourself, you'd be able to see by way of the gem if there were enemies waiting in bushes near you. And you assured them that because the gems were over the enemies, that since you couldnt see them, you couldnt see their gem.

2. Later though, someone asked about shared vision. If you are close enough to one enemy to light up their gem, and they could see you; does that mean their team could see you as well. You replied that once one saw you, they would all see you, and they would all go red.

So what is to stop someone from watching an enemy in a different lane as they approach the bush? If the random other laner's gem goes red, they will know that there is someone waiting in the bush for them. A little awkward to be watching constantly, but im sure avid "stealth" players would put the effort into keeping track of this.

Please consider positive play between brush and stealth.

With the new sight ranges built into champions, stealth characters (eve mainly) will have a difficult time getting in for that "surprise" attack, as well as escaping.

Consider: When a stealth champion is stealthed within a brush, and for .5 seconds after leaving brush, an enemy must be much closer to the stealther (400-500 units) in order to have vision. This allows positive play for bush juking, and will help to prevent the need of adding a specific spell for escapes. Since stealth is no longer a blanket binary effect, something must be done to ensure escape. Eve's speed is not enough with the myriad of characters in the game who have dash/roll/jump abilities that also often come with slow or stun effects.


Just an idea from a hopeful Evelynn player!
