Team A (Your team): Ramus, Taric, Nasus, Corki, Karthus
Team B: Ramus, Katarina, Shaco, Teemo, Annie

Situation: Early laning went well until their team starts a 4 man roaming gank squad. After they get several kills this way, your team forms up for a team fight. Your team wins the team battle with 4 kills and 1 escaping. One member of your team died in the fight. They lose their 2nd middle towers afterwards.

Midgame. Your side has 2 towers down, one top, one bottom. Their side has 3 towers down, one top, two middle. Their side is slightly (+6) up in kills with Annie fed at 5-1.

The dust settles, all 5 are up again on both teams. What should team A (Or team B if you prefer) do next?

Annie is their initiator, but she's not going to be anywhere near the front lines. Rammus will be spearheading their assault. Their Shaco is not a team battler, so he may try to backdoor you if you get bogged down when you get stopped by their defense.

Your Karthus should be able to hold them at bay because his wall counters Rammus very well. If Rammus hits the wall, he will lose a major portion of his defenses. They are also squishy, so he needs his ult to be up before you engage in a team battle.

Their main strength is guerrilla tactics and map awareness. Your main strength is pushing and area damage. Kat's Lotus will be a primary damage dealer in team fights, so Taric should save his stun for when he sees her start spinning.

So final tactics:
Lure Rammus into a Wall (or drop it right on him) and burn him down while he's weak. Get an oracles so your team can push without fear of Mushrooms. Stun Kat when she ults, and always focus on Annie when the opportunity presents itself. Lure them in, and flank them to cause havoc and prevent a total party kill by tibbers. Shaco will most likely try to annoy the party, draw fire and then escape, so he's a low priority since you lack someone with a silence.
