Every time I go to open the store to buy some runes or what ever else I plan on buying at the time, I get a security certificate error. Usually get several of these in two different sessions, first i get 6-10 of them, after i click yes on them all, the page loads but then doesn't go much farther than a basic page that has no visual pictures or any kind of background on it, I then get a second wave of them that I get the same amount and then the store is loaded, but once again its not loaded properly. I can't do anything within the store, I try to search for runes, champions, redeem a code for Riot points, none of this will work, the store is basically not there for me at all. Here are some screen shots showing it:

Now I've gone into my clock, set the correct internet time, set my time on my computer manually and automatically. My computer is up to date with the latest updates. I would like to use the store on a daily basis, but its not allowing me, any ideas?

Also I've installed all the Certificates for every one of those errors in basically all the folders you possibly can. So I know that's not going to be a solution either.

Also those pictures are out dated by a month or more, I've since gotten level 30 etc. But those are the same exact problems I've been getting since I started playing the game.

There are two options that I recommend you exercise:

First is try resetting the windows internet settings:
http://support.leagueoflegends.com/entries/234288

The second you can try is turning off certificates in IE:

IE Options > Advanced > Restore Advanced Settings, IE Options > Advanced

Uncheck Those that Apply:
"Check for server certificate authentication"
"Check for server certificate revocation"
"Check for publisher's certificate revocation"
"Warn about certificate address mismatch"

Well those above options allowed me to get into the store so I can access everything, but I'm still getting certificate errors every once in awhile while I'm in the store.
