He meant they shouldn't have even played them, hence not winning.

I really feel for CLG, from what it seems to me, they deserved better. As for the game, go EG, they played very well.

If CLG really is better than everyone but EG and possibly TSM, then they would have had to play EG anyways. It's really not that big of a deal.

That said, the way CLG runs their team is really lame. Doing things like purposefully not participating in scrims/weekly ESLs so they don't give other teams practice came back to bite them in the ass. They deserved to lose that match and I'm glad they did. Maybe CLG will even put on their tryhard face again and earn their place as the #1 team, like they did back at WCG!

If CLG were really were seeded as "the best". Then a team like EG would be nothing, if anything this shows how well Eg can play. I think the issue might be that CLG hasn't been scriming as much as TSM or EG, which makes them unorganized. If you watched the game CLG was all over the place and had no real control in the lane or jungle.

The ****ing point of a season in any competitive activity is to win a lot so you can be seeded higher and therefore have an easier first round. CLG earned 1st seed, they earned their right to play against #8 seed, and Riot sincerely took a dump on them.

This isn't so much about who CLG is playing, it's about the fact that Riot has no idea how to run a tournament, let alone manage a competitive game. This is why LoL was designed for casuals.

Exactly. Too many people hating on HotshotGG and CLG and not realizing that Riot is running this "competition" into the ground with their terrible decisions. You do NOT swap the 7th and 8th seeds because of a RUMOR.

You do NOT swap any seeding because of ANYTHING.

Multiple reasons.

- Bandwagon
- Random hate
- Dislike hotshot -> dislike whole clg
- Just plain ******ed and can't see that riot ****ed up
