PvP patcher wont even open, just crashes over and over again

Try Repairing your launcher

Start Launcher (Don't press "Play&quot
Click on the Icon next to "Exit" and "Minimize" in the top right Corner (It looks like two Gears next to each other)
Click "Repair"
Confirm that you wish to continue. You’ll want to do this at a time you can leave your computer on without getting on.

I cant even get to the patcher window, as soon as i click on the icon it crashes

Try Reinstalling,

Open Control Panel
Open Add or Remove Programs
Select League of Legends
Select Remove
Select Pando Media Booster
Select Remove
Go to the Riot Games Directory (Default is C:\Riot Games) and delete any remaining files,
Download from this link (http://signup.leagueoflegends.com/download)

dont just automatically go to reinstall haha its probably a way simpler solution like the updating adobe as was suggested. I shall try it now.
