Lots of gold lost for the initial ward purchase. The second video did it far better IMO with having some real items (and not dying).

All taking rally is what really hurt for the OP I think, since rally doesn't stack. 2 with rally in case tower takes one out is good, then the rest as heal, or exhaust (to stop the enemy who makes it in time from hurting you)

Had the enemy not had teleport it would have been a success, even though you still wasted all your money on wards, so its not really worth it.

Yea you had to buy the tower gold to kill it, and on top of that it was 1500 + 1000(200 gold for each assist) to the enemy team.

Cool, that other video might actually make it a viable strat. Depends also on the impact of the lane w/ a tower gone.
