Where are the water champs?

We have plenty of people who can blow stuff up and light things on fire, but why is there no one to counteract this with the power of water?

Hell, you could even give them a passive that gives them slight movement speed bonuses while in water (Kinda like Nid in brush) and have them fling waves and streams of water.

I would post a blueprint for such a champ, but they were proven to be unpopular.

We need a water champ, though. Not a robo-champ, although robo-champs are very cool, seeing that I am a Techpriest.

Okay.

One thing about RPGs that I always hate is that they always encourage using Ice on Fire for double damage.

Do you know what will happen when you throw an ice cube into a grill? It melts and it does NOTHING.

Ice doesn't count either.

Why not? Ice is still water, just not in the state you would more commonly see it in.

If you look at it that way, its all protons and electrons.

Why make anything different at all.

Lets just have battling squares doing 0-1 dmg with no abilities.

Take Anivia and Brand, stick 'em in a giant blender, than toss whatever comes out into Summoner's Rift to fight.
