lee sin is fine the way he is, free oracles in his sonic wave and tempest and because they run off of energy he can check key points for wards and and easily chase stealthed champs.

the energy cost on his abilities are quite low and because of his passive are easy to spam. early game is his strong point because his damage is in short bursts and not sustained meaning easy and near infinite harassment.

he has a ability that deal damage based on missing health making it a very good last hitting/ finishing blow.

he has a ability that shields AND dash's to the target making it easy for him to be mobile in a team fight.

cripple gives him a nice advantage over champs that need attack speed to do damage it also give him a good chase mech.

when this shield is broken it gives a short passive life steal/spell vamp. giving him good lane staying power and jungle.

lee sin's ultimate is a round house kick that cant be blocked and deals ridiculous damage early game. not just that but has no energy cost meaning you can use it as a last resort for damage or running away. it also deals damage to those hit by the target flying back. this damage can be very useful in a team fight. it also has a nice cool down and with enough cdr can be used constantly. not just that but it ALSO is a knock back meaning it can stop ultimates like nunu's, katarina etc. it can also be used to dive an opponent at the tower and hit them to your team. like a stronger version of allistar's headbutt.

but like caitlyn he also suffers from late game where he really loses usefulness and damage. another problem is finding the proper build for him which is very hard because of his strange and new game play.

Have you ever played as Lee Sin?
Or do you always kill them, and realize he is underpowered, but don't want him to get buffed>

I second this. Have you ever played him? The cooldown on his "harrass" is really long and if you want to get any meaningful damage w/ his Q or his E you have to dash into harm's way to do it.
