League of Climatic Events

“League of Legends” is an free online game created by Riot Gaming ™. In this game players battle back and forth on the Fields of Justice. The summoners compete for victory by eliminating the other team and pushing them to their pride and glory, the Nexus. If the Nexus compiles too much damage, it shall explode violently and destroy its team’s morale. A series of heated engagements must occur in order to allow a team to proceed to this goal. They are to control the lanes, compete in team battles, fight for dragon, and finally defeat the powerful, Baron Nashor.

Controlling a lane is more complex than simply pushing an enemy summoner away from the battle. You must focus on your laning partner, or if you don’t have one, on the minions who are summoned to fight at your will. The enemy minions are like little sacks of gold, only you must be sure to be their killer or your sack of gold will disappear. You must use your abilities wisely and in a thriftmanner, because no mana means no health. The enemy will do everything in his or her power to push you away from the safety or your minions and deny you both your gold and the experience of battle. Be aware of your surroundings, underneath your turret lies a safe haven, pushing your lane too far will bring upon the wrath of the mighty team jungler and he or she will punish you with swift fists.

Surrounded, no where to go, Nocturne traps you in the darkness, be afraid, very afraid, for his team is coming for you. You are shaking your Boots of Speed, your allies are close at hand, but you are caught out of position and your team comes to your rescue. The opposing collides and the screen shakes, sparks of fire and metal and the occasional cleaver hurling at your head. Your friend the mighty, Galios, draws the attention of the enemy team allowing you to cast “Requiem”, a spell that shall steal the souls of your enemies. The announcer of the battle field in a soft, but stern voice “A champion is godlike.” Your team may have won, but Galios gave his life for the cause and you must pull back and recover from your wounds.

The treacherous roar of the mighty dragon can be heard from across the Rift calling the attention of the summoners. Blue team members are the first to arrive at the scene, their Rammus moves in and draws the attention of the gargantuan beast. Twisted Fate brings clairvoyance to his team to show the enemies movements and the purple team members close in around dragon. Galios rushes in to initiate the fight, as you being to “Lay Waste” to the enemy. The enemy takes the kill of dragon, and turns against you. Galios falls, your life force is stripped from you, the enemy team runs in horror from your Cho’Gath, as he “Nom-Noms” their Nocturne.

Broken and pushed to your limits, the sages release the almighty, Baron Nashor. A creature born of the wild magics that have gone untamed throughout the ages, captured and trapped to participate on the Leagues of Justice. Hope has returned yet again to your eyes. His very blood is said to infuse you with an almost herculian power to rival the gods. You set out through the jungle, your goal in mind, ignoring the giant lizard and wicked wraiths. Purple team gathers and begins the process of defeating the baron. His gruesome exterior, a fearful sight, but your team persists and as the Baron falls, the opposing team jumps in to try and steal the kill. Galios is quick to react and once again draws the attention of the enemy team, two of their members die on sight and you begin to cast “Requiem” once more. Unfortunately, Rammus taunts you out of your concentration and the spell is lost to you. Your team is able to bring victory over the other team, if just barely, and you push forth to win the game.

The minion inhibitors all gone from the blue side of the map, turrets crushed into rubble, your team is at the brink of victory. Nothing else stands in your way, but the mighty Nexus. Cho’gath begins the process of tearing down the once-defended citadel, and you quickly clear the area of leftover minions. Across the map you can see the enemy’s Master Yi, ahnillating your Nexus’s defensives. You and Cho’Gath push hard, you go for the kill, as their Nexus is about to fall, Your’s explodes in a cataclysmic eruption that rocks the entire of Fields of Justice. The game is lost, victory stolen through a back door.

QFT, that's not even a page. What the hell college do you go to where they accept 3/4 of a page for an assignment?

Hey, it's an essay not a paper. I think marketing for League of Legends is good for the game, among college students particularly. Most people who are hostile over your essay probably can't afford higher education.

Very short, even for a descriptive essay. This would cut it in high school but not in college. Even where I go, in a piss-ant little community college, this is too short; you need more content. But it is well written.
