The title of the thread says it all. Sending in reports to it seems to not be working. Get a reply saying this.

Bump? In all seriousness, I'd like to see something done about this problem. People with obscenities in their names and deliberate feeders (I mean the 'walk into your towers while complaining about how Riot does nothing about feeders) need to be dealt with.

What exactly is kicking this message back to you? Is it a mailer dameon you are getting?

support@riotgames.com is the correct e-mail address and is currently working..try again I guess.

If you go to http://support.leagueoflegends.com you can submit support tickets, and track them.

support@riotgames.com is the address to use for the card issues. If for some reason you get a failed send, try another e-mail providerl; gmail.com, mail.yahoo.com.

As of right now there can be a delay of up to 25 days fro a live reply from Support. However they have more Customer Service Specialists starting tomorrow the 13th, and over the next week you should see this delay decrease greatly.

I got the same problem now. i bought 20 dollar pre visa card and it gives me only an error code: system error. i changed also the email provider but it doesnt work at all.
