Rammus - Defensive Mastery & Runes & Early Mana issues

OK heres what I do when I play the King of taunt.
What I use for runes is mana regin (increasing with lvl).

Next thing i do for items is:
Doran Sheild
Ninja tabi
heart of gold
thornmail
sunfire cape
Frozen Heart
(then when I have enough replace Heart)
with: Something to help against the other team (resist)
or Aegis of the Legion (helps team mates and gives your armor resist and health)

ARMOR INC DAMAGE WHEN HIT IN DC.

When it comes to Mastery I put 21 in def and 9 utility putting the 9th point into the mana regin. Dodge isnt bad bc no matter what when in DC it hits.

When it comes to Summoner Ability I use cleanse and Ghost

When it comes to ability this is how i do it:
PB and dont put any points into it until you have to
Lvl Taunt 1st to 5 and putting points into DC when you can't put in taunt
at lvl 6, 11, 16 put points into tremor.


I dont have mana problems but i might be how i play him. If you get to the inner turrets you can tank them no problem (i've even backdoor them. lol. gogo DC and tremor)
