I dont think you can. only thing you really can do is play the replay and use some other program to record it, like Fraps.

You can't.
The replay records the packets and uses the game itself to create everything you see.

Use Fraps or a similar program if you want to upload it to youtube.

a replay is not a video, so it cannot be directly converted to another video format. However, you can simply play the replay and use something else to record it.

You put it in your replays folder and load it up like you normally would.

It basically records all the interactions that are taken during a LoL game, so it would load up a "new game" and use the prerecorded interactions to generate the interactions between the elements on the map that you see in spectator mode or replays.

1.Get Fraps (or similar video recording program, Fraps is most popular for recording games)
2.Start LoL Replay
3.Record

That's the only way.

You also might wanna get some coding program to convert it to DivX or any smaller format because those original Fraps files will be HUGE.

There isn't a way, but you can record the replay via FRAPS or something and then upload that to Youtube.

You can use local recording option of XSplit while playing the replay file. Since the replay file itself isn't some kind of video, direct conversion is impossible.
