I got 12.5k IP today, which covers only about 6-8 of my quintessences. Which is obviously way less than what I lost.
If Riot wants help of a list of what I had, I might be able to come up with it if I try very hard in remembering.....

btw had no response to ticket, just random +12.5k.

Need some transparency or ticket response to this. Blindly dishing out random number of IP is not the right way to give info on the situation or showing customer support.

If you cant restore my runes at all, at LEAST give me enough back to buy back ALL my runes, and not only 10%-20% of it.

Edit: I actually glossed over rune costs, I got even less % than I thought.

Well you are actually lucky enough to get some sort of IP, if they gave me 10k... Yeah i would be mad, but at least it'll give me something to build off of again -_-"

tbh its not about not getting enough ticking me off. its the whole situation combined

I mean, its supposed either restore all runes OR provide equivalent for ALL lost runes, AND proper communication about it.

I'll be ****ed to refarm all my runes thats all I got to say about it.

I lost all my runes since February 21, submitted ticket the same day...
Jesse Perring quoted they're working on a solution "right now"
So i waited & waited patiently without any complaints
After 10 days, nothing happened...
I stared at my empty rune pages (IP not added either) & "This request is awaiting assignment to a help desk operator" for 10 days
This is rlly frustrating...
R they rlly doing something about it?
I know they need some time to fix it, but 10 days & nothing?
Srsly...

Finally... after 10 long days, they refunded the amount of IP spent on my runes + 50%
But it was after sending an email directly to support@riotgames.com on the 10th day,
only then did they open my case...
Thx Skystriker for solving my problem
Hopefully the new ones i bought don't disappear again...

Good to hear. I had a case with Skystriker a while back. Yea he is great. If any Red reads this go give Skystriker a high-five he is a great employee.

They just refunded me about 63k IP, hopefully I can recover the runes I lost...

Just got refunded 66k IP. They are on their way to refunding everyone. Just have to be patient.

Got refunded enough to rebuy runes now. Thank you for acting.

I never received ticket response, they might read here.
