So, in honor of the old forums becoming an archive tomorrow, I say we play a little game. Suggest one change to any item that would make it either Broken (that is, unbalanceable regardless of what numbers are actually on it) or Grossly Overpowered. Also try to "justify" the change if you can.

The rules:

1) Don't just increase numbers. Number changes are able to be balanced.

2) Try to keep the spirit of the item intact. Bloodthirster having a bunch of AP isn't bloodthirster, it's an abomination.

3) Still try to keep general rules of theorycrafting, I.E. no hard CC on items, no 3 defense stat items, etc.

4) If you're feeling especially creative, you can suggest a completely unique and original broken idea.

My two suggestions are remove the "melee only" requirement from Hydra (lots of ranged ADC's would really benefit from the waveclear), and to make randuin's active also silence for the duration of the slow (slows only give stickiness if the enemy can't just use a gapcloser and jump away).

Hmm... Is removing caps considered raising numbers? Otherwise, I'd like to see an uncapped Archangel/Seraph on Singed.

Also, maybe make Statikk Shiv proc on-hits? With multiple Ravenous Hydra splashes being counted separately, that'd blow up close clusters.

Thought of another one, new item, stolen directly from DOTA2:
Refresher orb: Active: resets all cooldowns. Stats are harder to estimate, but irrelevant: the active is Broken.

One change to any item that would make it obscenely overpowered or broken, while still retaining its concept.

Infinity Edge; instead of increasing Crit Damage by +50%, increase all damage dealt by +50%
