See, everyone else is already saying this, but this idea is really bad, man. It takes the purpose out of trying to survive, like a normal player would. Should just learn to play the game, and suck it up when the ADC gets fed. If it happens, it just means you have a bad team.

Make it take up the Trinket slot so for the first 20 minutes they have to have no free wards (except for jg) And no ward site (except for the vision wards you place at dragon and baron)

And make it only at 1 death, and make it so they only get 1/2 the gold.

and make it so it doesn't affect Shut down bonuses.

Changing the numbers and location of the item doesn't change the fact that the core concept is broken. People should be punished for making mistakes. If there were an item that made me give less gold for a first blood, I would go way more aggressive all the time because the penalties for doing so poorly would be way less impactful on the course of the game as a whole. The core concept of the idea is bad, and nothing can change that.
