Calus, the Mage Hunter

Primary: The Fool
Secondary: The Hanged Man
Tertiary: The Sun

Constellation: Sagittarius

The Fool: From Noxus, and part of the shattered Mage Hunters, leaving him alone. Additionally, he was betrayed by LeBlanc, making him unwelcome anywhere, even in Noxus. Ability requirement fulfilled by E.
The Hanged Man: His appearance is that of a prisoner. His occupation is the same. He is unable to escape his situation. Additionally, being a captive, almost a slave fits the hanged man well. Ability requirement fulfilled by the passive.
The Sun: Calus was betrayed by his employer, LeBlanc, captured by the League, and forced to fight on the Fields of Justice. Although he hasn't had to overcome any fears, he lacks fear in the first place due to his life experience with fighting and killing mages. Like the sun, he will destroy the darkness that is LeBlanc and her schemes. Tertiary challenge fulfilled by his dual swords weapon choice. Ability requirement fulfilled by R.
Gemini: Fulfilled by W. Happens to fit with the lore, his swords being twins.

Passive- Mana Seeker
Range: 1500

Enemies who use mana-consuming abilities near Calus will be revealed for 2 seconds. Calus' next basic attack against a revealed target will consume the debuff, have 350 bonus attack range and cause him to teleport to the target. Enemies cannot be marked by Mana Seeker again for 4 seconds after the debuff is removed unless marked using Mana Fog.

Q- Stifle
Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 mana
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds

Next hit will deal 20/35/50/65/80 (+50% AD) bonus physical damage. If the target is marked by Mana Seeker, it will also be silenced for 2 seconds.

W- Mana Fog
Cost: 10% of maximum mana
Cooldown: 22/21/20/19/18 seconds
Range: 700
Area of Effect: 250

Summons a cloud of crystalized mana at the target area for 3 seconds, marking all enemies hit by it with Mana Seeker. The mark remains on enemies for 2 seconds after leaving the area of effect, and is not consumed while remaining in the cloud. Enemies who remain in the area will also take 15/30/45/60/75 (+15% AP) magic damage per second, while allies will be healed for 20/35/50/65/80 (20% AP) health per second.

E- Chase the Magic
Cost: 30/40/50/60/70 mana
Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds

Passive- Calus gains 15% movement speed as long as he is moving towards a champion marked by Mana Seeker.
Active- Calus gains 50/55/60/65/70% movement speed that decays over 2 seconds. Attacking an enemy marked by Mana Seeker will refresh the cooldown. The passive is not available while on cooldown.

R- Anti-Magic Pulse
Cost: 100 mana
Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds
Area of Effect: 450

Deals 100/200/300 (+100% bonus AD)(+60% AP) to enemies around Calus and removes debuffs from allies. Calus gains 5% of his maximum mana for each debuff removed.

Calus is an all-in melee assassin. He is an excellent duelist, especially when fighting against mana-users.

Early game, Calus focuses on harrassing enemies with basic attacks empowered by Stifle against enemies affected by Mana Seeker.

Mid game, Calus can roam and gank effectively using Chase the Magic combined with Mana Seeker and Stifle. Anit-Magic Pulse allows Calus and his allies to chase down enemies through snares and slows, but cannot be used while stunned or silenced.

Late game is where Calus really thrives. With a fully upgraded Chase the Magic, Calus can catch nearly any champion that uses mana, and has little difficulty killing them once caught. Using Chase the Magic and Mana Seeker allows Calus to chase down foes, while Stifle and Anti-Magic Pulse with a few basic attacks quickly melts squishier enemies.

+Good harrass early
+Strong chase ability
+Strong supportive ultimate

-Weak escape ability
-Difficult to lane against champions without mana

Name: Calus Canth

Title: The Mage Hunter

Birthplace: Noxus

Appearance: Calus stands approximately six feet tall. He is a young man, beardless with black hair tied back into a long tail. He wears the purple robes made for a summoner, cut to allow him his freedom of movement on the Fields of Justice. Around his wrists, ankles, and neck are beautifully crafted and delicate-looking silver shackles, infused with powerful magic that are designed to restrict and supress his power and his body when neccessary. His weapons of choice are twin swords, empowered with a cruel kind of magic that was extracted from hundreds of mages who were slain by the blades.

After the Rune Wars, the Institute of War was created to prevent further damage to Runeterra, but there were some who disagreed with the Institute's ideals. These men and women broke away from their city-states and formed the Mage Hunters, an organization dedicated to rooting out what they believed to be the core problem of Runeterra: magic. They trained in specialized skills, and became deadly assassins with the goal of executing every magic-user on Runeterra and extinguishing the study of magic wherever they could.

Poor leadership and a severe lack of funds eventually caused the Mage Hunters to turn to mercenary work, finding employment wherever they could. Calus, barely an adult, but exceptionally skilled, was hired by LeBlanc, the Deceiver to kill High Councilor Vessaria Kolminye, of the Institute of War. At first, Calus hesitated to take on the job, but LeBlanc is difficult to say no to.

Calus was confident in his skills, and LeBlanc had promised a lot of money to him. He didn't realize until it was too late that it is foolish to trust the Black Rose. When he arrived in Kolminye's chambers, she was no where to be found. Instead, he found only LeBlanc. Before he knew what was happening, a blinding pain shot through his body, and he was unconcious.

When Calus awoke, he found himself in a dungeon, likely beneath the Institute. The summoners of the League presented him with two options for his crime: either fight for the League for twenty years, or be stripped of his abilities. Calus had little choice. He would have to fight. With nothing to lose, he made a demand of his own: when his service was completed, he wanted to challenge LeBlanc to a duel to the death. The request was put to a vote, resulting in a close yes, despite the protests of the High Councilor and the Noxian summoners.

Now, Calus resides at the Institute of War, honing his skills and learning how to kill the witch that got him into this mess. He's not sure what plans the Deceiver has for him, but he does know one thing: he will have his revenge.

Oooh nice concept you got here! one thing though, that passive- does it have a cool down?? It would be pretty OP if it granted vision over and over and over again. If it is continuous as I assume it is, what is the range on it?? Other than that it looks great and I love the lore!! Finally someone who has ties with LeBlanc >.> that sneaky witch
