Don't you think the stun duration is a little much on the abilities? Especially with the stacks doubling the stun duration, it just seems a little ridiculous, like the champion idea though!

I thought it was fine but now IDK he is a support.

I think the W could become just a bit too useless in some situations, especially late game when even the lowest damage champ can take out a minion no problem. That may need to be changed a bit.

Also, I feel the fear duration is a bit long. At just level 2 he can fear someone for three seconds, and that can be doubled to six. Might be too overpowered.

The lore establishes what Rider is, but not where he comes from, or why he would join the League. This may need to be expanded.

The fear still feels a tad excessive, but I suppose it could be okay since he has virtually no damage potential, and is a melee character, but I wonder how effective a melee character can be at support. Supports are squishy, and melee characters typically need to be otherwise.
