Intertwine Bonus: While in Ravenform, Avaraith gains 35x of his Attack Speed as bonus Attack Damage. (+35 AD at 1.00 AS)

He then engages the target in a duel for 1.5/1.75/2 seconds. They cannot use spells and will only attack each other with Avaraith stealing 20/30/40% Attack Speed for 3 seconds. (Avaraith can cast spells mid-air)

Avaraith is an AD assassin that prizes his mobility over everything else. This allows the player to concentrate on AD and AS builds while saving MS items for last.

His passive, Intertwine, gives bonuses for learning ability choices. While a pattern weakens a certain skill, it allows access to the skill’s bonus, which is likely as powerful as the actual skill effect.

As:
- Avaraith is excellent at taking down the AD carry in teamfights with a combo of R-Q(right before landing)-E.
- Landing Fiery Slash is key in closing the gap between you and your opponents, as Avaraith has no dash or leap aside from his ultimate.
- Mark of Fire makes sure that escapees are pursued.
- Though Mark of Fire highly improves Avaraith's chasing power and damage output, it should not be maxed first as its and Ravenform's Intertwine bonuses are better than raw damage.
Against:
- Avaraith gets a huge power spike and gap closer at level 6. Dominate him at early game and he will suffer.
- Avoid taking physical damage from Avaraith when you’re not going to all-in, because Mark of Fire puts him at an advantage.
- Avaraith has no crowd control aside from Fiery Slash’ slow, making disables more efficient against him.

I like the concept of a champion that slowly sets opponents on fire by applying burns through auto attacks. I have a somewhat similar concept for a Marksman, where every tick stacks mounting dot damage and the character's auto attacks can be augmented to actually leave tiny trails of fire along their travel paths. I also like the raven concept as an alternative to the more common phoenix trope (not to say that a phoenix champion wouldn't be "cool." Looking at you, Anivia).
