Pretty standard ADC build. Start with Bloodthirster, since she likes AD for her main harassing ability and her ult. After that, some combination of: Infinity Edge, one of either Statikk Shiv/Phantom Dancer, Last Whisper, Berserker Greaves, and a single defensive item (GA usually). The defensive item is usually built last. Statikk Shiv vs Phantom Dancer is personal preference.

As for gameplay tips... her W does incredible damage at middle levels (like after you get some AD and get it maxed out). It's not the easiest thing to hit, but when it does... it hurts a lot. Leveling her Q gives her more range on her rocket autos - having it maxed gives her one of the highest if not THE highest autoattack ranges in the game. Rockets do take mana, but they deal extra damage and their extra range makes them good for poking enemies and making use of your mana if you can't land any W shots (like if they're hugging their own creeps). It's really your choice whether you want to level W or Q first - you can usually tell in the first few levels if your opponent is going to be dodging or avoiding your W shots, so if they're good at not getting hit with them then it's probably a better idea to max Q first.

Remember to use your ult pretty late into a fight - it deals damage based on missing health, so don't use it when they're at full but rather when you're getting them pretty low. It does damage based on distance travelled, so try not to fire it at point blank range, but not so far away that it can be dodged. You can use it pretty liberally, the cooldown isn't bad on it at all.
