As Devs have been busy with multiple facets and a lot of information presented is dreadfully out of date-- and because I have no life-- I've decided to try to help out. That said this is an effort in which to keep a database 'up to date.'

This will feature all the information expected from a Database and will be very lengthy. The goal will be to keep this updated and I will need assistance; one of the things I want, for example, is the coefficients of how much AP scales to each ability for champions.

This list will be updated regularly until it is up to date, and then it will try to stay up to date. Live data matters only. Because I don't have all characters unlocked I will need help to make sure all coefficients are up to date. While I COULD unlock every character on the test realm, due to the numbers frequently changing it would make the guide inaccurate, and thus make this an entirely pointless gesture.

When looking at coefficients, as well as character's scaling values for health/mana/etc. please remember to have no runes equipped and have no Mastery allocated.

And yes, I'm aware not everything is intact yet as of the time of writing this message, but I do want to make sure it formats correctly into the forum instead of making a pile of work that I end up not being able to transcribe.

Current credit goes to Silversoultaker, who had an older item guide that gave me a decent idea of how to split up base items and bigger items from singular to recipe. I will also note that while often I will repeat an item redundantly, I do it in this order for a reason: I made it match the in-game item shop exactly. While it may be annoying to a veteran, to a newbie looking around in each sub-section it is nice to have a road-guide to knowing what item can be found where in the menus rather than just listing the recipe solely.

P.S: Attributes are silly but I did it just because it was there. Play With and Play Against will likely be updated, but this isn't really a guide so much as a tip. For an example, see the Executioner's Calling tip on Playing Against Mundo. It isn't some big guide to killing Mundo, its just something minor. Brevity is the soul of wit; anyone with little tips like that that they feel should be shown to newbies on a tab page should be posted here.

Kelin: While true most people who go on/complain about the database complain on the forums and don't look beyond that. It seems kind of obvious as a result to contain it where they're asking.
