You guys still haven't thought of a better solution in 4.3 yet? Maybe we'll see one next month in 4.4, Kappa.

Never forget Riot's lousy attempt to "increase the number of viable champions" by closing down a strategy that increased the number of viable champions.

Also, note the problem with the fast push strategy was that it ended the laning phase early. Although, the rioter then goes on a few posts later to say they had no problem with fast push strategies per se.

After nearly 4 months and six patches later they may have finally undone this. By buffing dragon and equalizing everything else, which is something we all told them to do back in January. At least they did rectify it even if it was too slow.

Touching the balance of the map makes no sense. The only reason there is even a 2v2 bot meta is because drag was around, you could even argue that 2 mid would be better because you can get more map pressure overall while not losing dragon pressure. But with these tower changes, riot is obviously enforcing the 2 man bot meta by forcing you to essentially give the enemy an advantage just because you want to utilize a lane swap tactic that wasnt even unbalanced to begin with. Ive come to the conclusion that riot doesnt like diverse strats in their game and would rather see the same matchup almost every game rather than innovation in their moba type game
