Except Zac also has health costs to his AP-scaling abilities. So does Mordekaiser. And I'm sure there are more that I don't know about since my champion pool is fairly shallow. So, in short, think before you speak.

That Soul Stealer... is more OP than it looks like. It would either be nerfed or get Vlad and Morde nerfed.

Numbers are too large to the point of passive play and straight ignoring your enemies (primarily Vlad and Morde and Zac to a lesser extent)

Try to make something that keeps it's passive unrelated to the sustain part of the item. Or make it more combat orientated.

Nah let's get some items with heavy AD, lifesteal, cooldown reduction, spellvamp, and it applies on hit effects so you double dip in the regeneration.


That won't break ad casters.
