BAM, summoner spells are more varied. At least for a while, then they can be revisited.

The best part? These changes shouldn't require more than the "light support" Morello has so far promised. So whenever ManWolf gets back from doing Yasuo lore, they should be doable in two patches.

Ah, who the hell am I kidding, this is pie in the sky. Still wanted to post it though.

Numbers are samples don't ***** about the balance of the above because of an implementation detail

-sure
-nerf exh
-leave ignite
-no tele
-revive as trinket is aight
-garrison buff but not global. pls no. although is good alternative to backcapping
-storm relic needs like 10 seconds or less channel, too easy to interrupt.
-XP is a problem especially dying at windmill and giving enemy 6 wayyy before you.
-cap rates scaling with time would be too difficult to show a player that its happening.

I agree with point #1.

You also fix dominion by making bot lane not the single worst element of this map.

In all seriousness, Garrison would probably need a lot of work or no changes. Just gluing global on it isn't really enough of a solution.

"game breaking problem" no. "annoying as **** and only done by asses who should get their toys taken away from them as a matter of course" yes. I.E. maybe not important at first but worth having changes in the wing to kick them in the gut if it becomes a thing.
