Champions:

Riven-

Summary: We've moved some of her dueling power from her abilities to her passive, meaning that Riven players will need to commit a bit harder in order to utilize their full dueling potential. Players who take advantage of her passive should not see a drop in damage.

Context: We wanted to address some concerns in the community about Riven's play-style being too binary, and wanted to give Riven players more of a choice as to weather to commit or bait out an enemy's abilities.

Runic Blade

  • Damage now changed to 40/50/60% of her total attack damage. (from 20/25/30/35/40/45/50 % of her attack damage)


Broken Wings
  • Each strike now deals +40/45/50/55/60% of her AD per level (from a flat 70% for a total of 210%)

Urgot-

Summary: The Urgot VU is here! With an updated model and splash art, and major tweaks to his kit, summoners can now feel proud to play as the Thing That Wouldn't Die!

Context: Urgot gets a bad rap for a variety of reasons. We wanted to hit the lack of counter-play in his Q-E combo, and make him feel more natural in his role as a ranged AD caster. We wanted to weave synergy between Urgot's AAs and Acid Hunter, to create an AD caster that can take to top lane just as easily as bot. (Think Jayce.)

*Reworked Passive* "Zaunite Plague Bolts"
  • Every 4th cast of acid hunter, Urgot's next cast acid hunter or auto-attack will inflict the enemy with plague for 3 seconds, doing 15/35/55 magic damage per second. If the target dies while afflicted by plague, it will explode, dealing 30/50/70 damage over 3 seconds to surrounding units.

Acid Hunter:
  • Cooldown increased to 7/6/5/4/3 (from 2 at all levels)
  • Autoattacks now reduce Acid Hunter's cooldown by 1 second each
  • Now applies on hit effects
  • No longer interrupts Urgot's autoattacks when used.

Terror Capacitor
  • No longer slows targets
  • Urgot gains 15/18/21/24/27% movement speed while the shield is active.
  • Cooldown reduced to 13/12/11/10/9 seconds from 16/15/14/13/12 seconds

Noxian Corrosive Charge
  • No longer causes Acid Hunter to lock on to targets
  • Leaves a 'tainted earth' area for 3 seconds. Enemies in the area are slowed by 15/20/25/30/35%
  • Now reduces all damage dealt by champions standing on the tainted soil by 15%

*Ultimate Rework* "Overcharge"

100 mana

*Active*
  • Urgot gains 20/30/40 AD and 15/20/25% attack Speed
  • Acid Hunter will now hit all enemies in a 150 radius from your cursor.(similar to when it was locked on by Noxian Corrosive Charge before the rework) If there are no enemies, it will fire in the direction of your cursor as normal. Lasts 4/5/6 seconds.

Galio-

Summary: Galio's ultimate now has a gap-closer attached to it, and his magic resist now scales with AP.

Context: We wanted to give Galio more utility and impact, without taking power from other parts of his kit. Galio was previously inhibited build wise by the less than diverse selection of Magic Resist items, so switching his passive should allow him to experiment with much more diverse builds, and still fulfill his role.

Runic Skin
  • Galio gains 35% of his total ability power as magic resist.(Instead of the opposite)

Righteous Gust
  • Now marks all targets hit with the wind.

Idol of Durand
  • Now has a .5 second channel
  • Can now be casted on a target marked by Righteous Gust, causing Galio to leap to the target and activate the ability. (Cast range 850)

Items:

Wriggles Lantern-

Is now built from Long sword+Dagger+Madred's Razors

Stats:
+20 armor
+15 attack speed
+20 Attack damage

Now builds into: Wriggle's Blood Lantern

Wriggle's Blood Lantern-

Built from: Wriggle's Lantern+Recurve Bow

Cost:

3100g(550g combine cost)

Stats:

+20 Armor
+55% Attack Speed
+20 Attack Damage
Passives:

Unique Passive- Eviscerate: Basic attacks against champions deal 60 bonus magic damage and restore 20 health.

Unique Passive- Maim: Basic attacks against monsters deal 100 bonus magic damage and restore 10 health.

Unique Passive - Gain 40% increased gold from monsters

UNIQUE - GOLD INCOME: You may only be in possession of 1 Gold Income item

Active:

Unique: Places a Stealth Ward at target location that lasts for 180 seconds. 90 seconds cooldown (600 cast range)


Game Modes:

"Teemo Hunt"

Map: Dominion

Teemo Bots will spawn every 15 seconds at random spawn points and run around the map, avoiding players. Players are awarded gold and kills for killing Teemos, and must compete with the enemy team to see who can catch 100 of the fuzzy death machines first.

Average run time: 25 Minutes.


Edit: This is a fake series of patch notes, the purpose being to propose some changes to champions and items off the top of my head in an easy to read patch notes format.
Edit: It amuses me that reading this apparently has the side effect of making a person love Urgot and hate the idea of changing him. If you don't like the proposed kit, please tell me why.
Edit: Tweaked some of the Urgot changes based on feedback.
