Name: Hurst, the Iron Smith

Lore: To be determined...

Theme/Function: Builds and gives armor to allies. Think Tom Bombadil from BFME 2 in personality. Tank/Support, alternate role as Top.
Influence: Taric, Malphite, Mordekaiser, Soraka

Overview
Damage: 60 (+3.11) = 116
Health: 455 (+74.72) = 1800
Mana: 255 (+56) = 1263
Health Regen: 7 (+0.61) = 18

Description: Burly, yet friendly blacksmith. Wields a large forging hammer in one hand.

Abilities:

Passive - Reinforced Armor
Hurst has +20% bonus armor. His movement speed is reduced by 10% of his total armor.
Notes: His base movement speed is 360, the highest in the game, but his passive actually leads to him being around 351 with a full build (534 armor).

Q: Dent - 40 mana - 10 CD (250 range)
Hurst deals 10/20/30/40/50 (+1.0 AD) physical damage and reduces the target's damage and armor by 5/15/25/35/45 for 8s.
Notes: With an offensive build, 40% CDR can give this a 6s cooldown, allowing for doubled effects.

W: Master of Forging - 50 mana - 6 CD (600 range)
Passive Aura: Allies gain +15 armor that lasts up to 7/14/21/28/35 seconds after Hurst leaves the area.

Active: Increases Hurst's armor by 12/14/16/18/20% (max 35% increase), or transfers 20% of Hurst's current maximum armor to an ally for 10s.
Notes: The short cooldown allows Hurst to first add stacks to his own armor, increasing the amount he is able to donate to a chosen ally.

E: Fair Fight - 80 mana - 24 CD (800 range)
Hurst slams the ground with his hammer, dealing 30/60/90/120/150 (+0.2 AP) physical damage to nearby champions. The damage dealt is divided as healing between all allies in the same area.
Notes: This has wonderful teamfight applications when used at the right times. Application: With 300 AP (offensive build), it would deal 115 damage to 5 enemies (each with 100 armor). If all allies are nearby, it is split 5 ways, healing each for 115 health. If 4 allies, each heals 143.75. If no allies are nearby, Hurst is healed for 575 instead. Contrarily, if Hurst and an ally are chasing a single enemy (2v1), he deals 115 damage to the target and he and the ally are each healed for 57.5 health. Hence the name "Fair Fight". It benefits Hurst's team more the more outnumbered they are in the team fight.

R: To Arms! - 150/120/90 mana - 120/100/80 CD (850 range)
Hurst gives a heroic battle cry, fearing a single target for 1 second. He charges that target, gaining 30% movement speed for 2/4/6 seconds and +50% attack speed that decays over 8 seconds. During this time, all Hurst's basic attacks stun their target for 0.25 seconds each.
The initial movement and attack speed bonuses are increased by +5% for each nearby ally.
Notes: This is good for initiating or chasing down a champion. The attack speed slows over the duration of the spell, but initially his stuns will act like a broken-up "suppress" if he focuses the same target. Hurst gains an ally bonus to the ult, because when his friends are in danger, his resolve is strengthened.


SUMMARY:
Hurst is themed around armor manipulation, both his team's and the opponent's (see Q). He is a real team player, and as a support, he focuses on helping as many allies as possible through the match.
His movement speed will become greatly slowed in a full-armor build, due to his passive, and because he is capable of stacking so much armor, his max health at level 18 is lower than many champions, requiring more itemization.

Early game: His (W)'s passive makes it ideal for him to roam during the early game. His ADC partner will always have some extra protection from physical damage and auto-attacks from the enemies, and if he lands a Q or R on one of them, it can mean an early kill by the armor reduction. If he takes his W or E first, it can make an enemy "invade" unwise due to the passive armor bonus, and as a support, he will always take one of these. Mid game: Without boots, Hurst will become slower as he builds more armor. Using his (W)'s active on himself will slow him for the duration, while using it to donate armor to an ally will effectively give him a speed boost. Each ability can use a fair amount of mana, but if his abilities are used at the right time, he should be able to support his allies and himself well enough. Late game: At full build (described below), his effective armor will be 534, making his movement speed around 351 (Ninja Tabi) or 354/414 (Mobility). Each W will let him donate about 106 armor to an ally for 10s, and if he boosts himself twice (max 35%), he has 720.9 armor (takes 87.8% reduced physical damage). He wouldn't have much attack power alone, but he could stall an opponent or two until his team arrives.

I like it! Seems he would be played more top lane or as a jungler? Movement speed doesnt match the description, and plus his health doesnt match it either.

Everything Else is fine.

Everyone please note that his movement speed is REDUCED by 10% of his total armor. It is a hinderance. He is actually one of the slowest moving champions in the game if you build lots of armor.
