Considering the function of a socialist revolution. Marx claims that the final form of human society is communism. Anyone who lived to see 1991 knows that isn't true.

So what is a socialist revolution? It's an idea, full of anger, presented to a lot of people, who hold the keys to all the vitals of a nation. Maybe the prospects of communism were never to exist in a utopian state, but are just a tool to stir people and make them revolt. At which point, inevitably a military dictator will make a grab for centralized power, and eventually one will grasp it. And so the cycle renews.

There are a lot of posts after all, so it's really a toss-up whether he can really respond to everyone. If it was me, I'd try to respond mostly to the posts I can give the best response to.

Yep, especially with how quickly this thread is moving. I'm just glad he takes the time to interact with people like this. Shows he actually cares about the community.

Xelnath do you have any more poems about Vis sister and or 117?

Hmm....

Just a whisper of a voice
Carried far by the wind

"Too dangerous to release
We balance it again
So precarious a situation
Yet rise again to the top
Very, very hard to play
Once learned requires a team to stop
Focus it down and it goes pop"

I'm worried about the impact of the Sona nerfs on my beautiful dominion Sona. Haven't got a PBE account to test her yet, so just waiting on someone to report back how hard she's been gutted there.

I wouldn't worry over that. The prospective nerfs aim to reduce the scaling on her ultimate, true. But those changes also come with a prospective buff to her Power Chord, which for Dominion Sona is real nice. She's all about sustained damage on that map. Plus, just received a +25% buff to her own self healing, so hey!

Working on homework and stuff. Irritated with 3d modelling programs like Maya as I can't seem to get the hang of the fangled thing. Mainly me annoyed with Maya's extrusion system compared to 3dsMax. Both programs have their merits though. Mudbox is always fun though, I just wish that you could combine various mesh shapes and stuff.

I did however, get the hang of rigging for the most part.

Lastly, I have the attention span of a gnat, am easily distracted, and more interested in knowing that I can do something and the process of learning it rather than applying it.
