What are your options when the jungler is literally camping you? Last game I was TF against a Morgana and Morg and Lee Sin basically started tower diving constantly while our jungler refused to gank or countergank, even if in the neighborhood, because "I'm Jax I need my farm."

Ended up having a horrible game and could never recover. What exactly are you supposed to do at that point? Can't farm or get tower dived. Can't roam or get ganked by Lee.

Wards, get mana regen and spam wild cards to farm, roam, let your tower fall and then farm, steal your jungler's wolves and wraiths, etc.

Keep in mind and position so that if you get tower dived you don't die. If you think you're going to get turret dived you might not want to just die at the turret and let them damage it anyway. Ask for jungler assistance, stick it out, roam.

Ward your entire river
Build defense (Rylais, hourglass)
Ask to take wraiths
Clear the minion wave asap of they're pushing because it's a sign they're gonna dive

All of the above. My suggestion though, if you can't stop it, then go top or bot, push a lane hard, hopefully you'll pull the jungler out of mid, and your jungler, if they are smart enough can keep mid tower protected. But yeah, unless you get help, if you are camped, you are going to have a tough time. However...realize if you can hold your ground, their jungler is going to be underleveled or under farmed and if he is really camping he will hurt the experience of mid as well. So In the short run, it sucks, in the long run, they have 2 underleveled, under farmed champs, and your team only has you. Hopefully in Season 4 with the new jungle it will help players recover from that.

Personally what I do is roam at that point. Roaming is good because the element of surprise is overpowered and simply adding numbers to a lane can help win it. The art of roaming isn't an exact science when you're down and being camped but if you get a good eye for when to roam you will find it worth it.

I have to agree with the idea of Roaming. As TF, I would shove as hard as I can to hit level 6 and win bot/top lane by ulting and virtually staying out of your lane if you feel like you're just going to die from there. After level 6, TF's global presence will be your ticket out of being camped, even if it means the outer turret falls.

I agree with Eliv, roaming is really important in the case of Tf. If you're that far behind, you other lanes could get ahead.

Against morgana you're just in an overall bad situation. You can't push and if you do roam with the jungler there you'll lose the tower. If your jungler refuses to gank, countergank, or just support you in lane, then your best bet is to play as defensively as possible (even if it means getting zoned off of the wave). Once they get to the point where they can dive you without landing a dark binding you should just try to waveclear with wildcard from as far back as possible. You're never going to win that lane, but if you stall it long enough you are letting your other lanes and jungler power up without any opposing junlger pressure.

Plan of Action:

Step 1: Wasting your opponent's time.

While its never fun to be the team's "decoy," a jungler sitting in mid bush for 5 minutes is a jungler not contesting dragon, not pressure top or bottom, not getting any farm, and (unless successfully ganking mid) not really doing anything useful except denying a nominal amount of CS.

So while its going to be awfully frustrating to have your jungler say "well, just deal with it, I'm farming!" that's not necessarily the wrong response. Junglers exist to exert pressure on all lanes, to introduce uncertainty for the enemy team to consider, and to make use of the fourth revenue stream (jungle). If you, as mid, can get 80% of your farm by sitting at your turret, and your jungler can get 100% of their farm, and the enemy jungler gets 0% of their farm, well, your frustrating lane is going to be less of an issue when your team can consistently take dragon uncontested thanks to a level 7-9 Jax against a level 4-6 Lee Sin.

Step 2: Coordinating ambushes with people who listen.

So maybe your jungler is bad or doesn't like you or the two of you just have different approaches to the game. Who else can you coordinate with? Does your top lane want free double buffs? Is your support able to roam a bit? Can your jungler or support cover your lane if you start to roam?

Sometimes your jungler can't actually rescue you. A level 3-5 Lee Sin is going to absolutely trash a level 3-5 Jax in a ganking contest, and a level 6 Morg could easily get a double kill in a 2v2 fight. Just because you want help doesn't mean your jungler is able to provide a rescue. Getting camped is no fun, but I've been asked to rescue 0/5 players from themselves countless times. Some fights you can't win and you need to play for triage instead.

So consider who actually can help, and then find out who will help.

Step 3: How not to get tower dived.

Keep healthy and buy resistance items if necessary. Spending a couple hundred gold on wards and health potions is better than dying under your tower twice in a row.

Repeat after me: "It is OK to miss some CS. It is OK to miss some CS. It is OK to miss some CS." Getting killed or wasting your flash to last hit 3 minions is a bad trade. Don't make it.

Step 4: Let your team know.

Do you have consistent vision on Lee? Maybe your team isn't in a good position to counter (unfortunate), but you can let your top and bottom know they should go hog wild because Lee isn't showing up anytime soon. As an added benefit, having your top and bottom push like crazy puts some pressure on the jungler to leave you alone. Think getting camped by the jungler isn't fun? "OMFG LEE LEAVE MID FOR ONCE YOU NOOB TOP IS PUSHED TO TURRET ALL GAME!"
