Okay, so I'm at the "End User License Agreement" window, but "I Agree" shows as a non-clickable option. I've change all the properties on LoL to allow reading, writing, and all that stuff. So...What now?

simply scroll down trough the text, when you reach the end of text accept button will activate.

Have you tried scrolling down to the bottom of the EULA?
Because when you do that you should be able to click agree.
If not then I can't help you any further. Hopefully this was helpfull.

same problem here, already scrolled down and button still disabled, another reason this could be happening?

Most people who have problems with this have (unsupported) Linux OS. If you do not run Linux and experience this problem, please let me know.

Same issue here. Using WinXP. Scrolled to the bottom of the EULA, no change in the buttons.
