I just realized something, Xelnath, since you are planning on releasing Xerath onto 3.13 now due to delay, and that Xerath will be on the Beta for 3.13-3.15, considering Jinx just got patched onto 3.12 PBE is there any chance Xerath could too. You were saying here though that the reason you weren't releasing Xerath onto beta is because the way PBE works is that it's usually planned that whats on it will be put live on the following, but if you are planning on just keeping him there for a while why not just release him now. I know there is the programming issue of putting him in there, but hey, Jinx was just tossed out there.
