A massive, hulking figure in armor walked towards the building, making no attempts at hiding his presence.
Karsis heard of this assignment - and figured it could help him with information on finding his father, or at least give him some room to find others that would help.
It did not matter to him as to for who he is working for, what he has to do, who he has to work with, or how many people he has to kill for it. He knew what he is looking for.

Raseri Innfrier stalks through Noxus with his swords drawn, heading towards where the meeting should take place. It's been a while since he's had the chance to do something fun, which is the only real reason Raseri had to take heed of the message. Unlike what the others would likely come for, Raseri only got interested by the rule of no morals. Whatever the one sending out the message wanted, it would without a doubt be something intriguing for that rule to be added to the message.

When he reaches the building Raseri quickly inspects it, then steps inside, as soon as he gets the chance dashing into the darkness to avoid being noticed. Using his other senses Raseri navigates through the darkness while making almost no noise at all and trying to locate everybody else in the hall, his ears twitching when he hears cries in the distance. His only reaction the bloody hook is a quick grin, then he squats in a spot where he believes he won't be noticed, quietly observing everybody he was able to locate.

Percival, having heard of the possibility of a guild war starting in his beloved Noxus, enters the room. Wanting personal glory foremost of anything else, he decided not to let the military know of his whereabouts.

Nadia and Crash wandered through the streets of Noxus, the yordle mounted on his companion. "C'mon Crash," he said to his dragon. "let's find somewhere to get some grub." The duo stopped in their tracks as they noticed the strange people entering a nearby building. From his knowledge, Nadia knew that the more menacing you are, the more esteemed you are in Noxus. "Maybe they'll have something to eat..." Nadia rode Crash into the hall. "This place isn't too well lit... think you could fix that, buddy?" Crash grunted in agreement, and began to blow out a tiny stream of flame, illuminating their surroundings. He saw the others as they went to where they were going. "Excuse me," Nadia said, Crash hastily scooting along to Raseri and Karsis. "What's this place about, and is there anything we can help with?"

((I hope I didn't screw this up. I really hope.))

Konrad Diadociphas looked towards the building ahead of him and looked back down onto a note in his hand and then back to the building. He walked up to the door of the building and paused, his hand on the door.

"Hmmph"

With that he gently threw the door open, it was dark. There were people. Konrad paid them no attention as the quiet atmosphere was broken by his armor clanking with his heavy footfall. He made his way to a spot near the centre of the room where there was dim light. The hooded figure in armor stopped there and remained stone still, no one being able to see his mask under his hood, and his expressionless face behind the mask.

Something had gone wrong. Something had disturbed the fragile balance that kept the Guilds off each others throats. This was bad for business and Clepta was determined to put a stop to it. He did not know what had gone wrong among the Sins but he knew it was serious. Catching whispers of a possible explanation, he was presented with a method to find the root of the problem. Cautiously he approached the stated location. Taking note of the fact that the inside was filled with darkness, he silently shadow walked into the building where he observed the others in the room. Nobody would have seen him enter as he emerged from the darkest shadows, where he waited observing the others in the room.
