EDIT: Sion would win, going based off purely Nasus having 0 items and Sion having thornmail, and since Nasus has only 20% bonus lifesteal and therefore isn't enough to fully negate the thornmail.

Well, it depends on whether those stats are capped and, if not, how the game handles the overflow. It's entirely possible that overflowing the Nasus Q variable might crash the game. It's just that that will never ever happen.
