fps and ping fine but still lag

Its not high ping...all our pings are good we are just getting lag every 30 seconds. No ping spikes no nothing just the game stops we can see everyones hp dropping but no attacks happening. Can't control our character nothing.

I'm having the same problem.
Ping is fine. stays bellow 60. I might be able to play 1 or 2 games in a day then the rest is lagging with the reconnect dialog popping up constantly (and the ping is still showing bellow 60). Other games and internet speed tests are normal. Playing against bots is still laggy but playable, against other human teams is impossible.
I'm also using comcast.

FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!!
I love this game but lately it has just been making me ANGRY!!!


I run constantly 80fps/ 22-35 ping with Comcast Ultra, My problem is exactly what they describe, One or two games go perfectly fine but then BOOM all the sudden im lagging and constantly getting the reconnect sign!!!!

I have uninstalled COMPLETELY and re-installed, I have unblocked all ports, and did a system restore and NOTHING CHANGES!!!

PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALSO STOP IGNORING OUR POSTS AT LEAST SAY SOMETHING TO SHOW YOU GUYS ARE TRYING TO DO SOMETHING!

The name of the thread is merely mislabeled for the issue we are having. If you look into the thread (stickied at the top of the support board) you will see that it indeed addresses this issue. I have the exact same problem and have read numerous threads on numerous websites. The common consensus among those in-the-know is that it is due to Cogent (a tier 1 ISP with whom Comcast works) is throttling bandwidth causing severe packet loss. Riot is attempting to work around this right now, but as of 10 minutes ago I was still experiencing these problems.

i have been having the same issues, however has anyone else had this problem be "time" related? it seems i can play during the day just fine most of the time, but when i hop on later at night (like after midnight) to play with friends i get this severe lag despite ping and fps being no higher than normal, in fact lately my ping has been LOWER than normal and i get lag

1. RIOT does not give a "****" anymore
2. RIOT got increadably greedy and ONLY cares about money now.. such a tragedy..
3. IF RIOT does EVER get back to you.. it might take a couple of months and I haven't even gotten a ANY help.. i am serious.. for such a small thing.. in over a month...
4. PRO's... if you aren't PRO.. RIOT doesn't care. I can assure you this.
5. This game is going to ****... full of horrible players and horrible people. If you packed up and left... RIOT wouldn't give one **** about it... as long as you aren't a pro..
