Every game I play on Mac client lately (mostly ARAMs), just split second before someone dies as first blood, the game and screen stops for about 1 second and then resumes, most of the times it happens I can't move champion thus will die immediately as I don't move at all during this one second.

Mac OSX Lion 10.7.5 (11G63b)

I too have been playing a lot of Howling Abyss and have this exact problem on Mac. I've tried logging in on Bootcamp and I don't get that one second of lag on first blood in ARAM when running the Windows Client. It's always directly prior to the First Blood announcement and it has caused me to instantly give up a second kill due to being unable to move. I haven't noticed it on Summoners Rift, but I am rarely present for first blood in lane :P
