Ever since the Aatrox patch has been released i have been experiencing horrendous FPS lag. The lag is fine until about 3 minutes in, when spells start being casted. Before the patch i was at a steady 45+ FPS during teamfights, now during simple skirmishes, my fps has been reduced to under 10. These lag spikes happen every 10 seconds with a 1-3 second intermission of lag free gameplay.
I have cleaned my computer of unneeded software
I have updated my drivers
I have updated windows
I have Defragged everything possible
I have cleaned junk files off with Ccleaner, and Glary Utilities 3
I have restarted my computer - let it sat overnight
I have reinstalled league
I have repaired league
I have searched online for some sort of answer but, to no avail.
Attached is my Dxdiag, if for some reason you think it's my hardware.

NOTE: League was running 45+ fps at all times before the patch was released.

Hello Bless,

Your issue appears to be an issue with your computer’s hardware or graphical settings in League of Legends. This is most commonly caused by outdated graphics drivers or having an older version of Direct X installed, though there are many additional reasons this could occur. If you are crashing as a result of these issues, please perform your tests in Tutorial Games or Custom Matches without other players. This will not only prevent possible suspensions on your account, but also prevent other players from having a bad experience due to these issues.

Let me first apologize for the length and number of steps. My intention is not to swamp you but to help you resolve your issue in as timely a matter as possible without you having to experience a delay between each step.

It is VITAL that you perform each step listed in our FPS Knowledge Base article:

If you continue to have issues please give me notes on how successful each step was so I know I didn't miss anything. In addition, I will need the following pieces of information to further troubleshoot your problem.
