ive heard a lot of talk of the blade being passed down, so maybe the legend is less the person and more the blade possessing a vessel since tyna's story talked of a "living" sword

He has no morals, as you may see since he helps ALL sides. He thrives being famous, yet for unknown reason.
Perhaps he has some form of memory powers, since normally, people would praise of him, yet they didn't. Perhaps he's shy.

So is this guy is going to have a clutch ult? Some sort of AOE buff/heal to his teammates that gains bonus effects depending on how much HP they are missing?

Shurima? Would be cool if this guy was altering timelines, influencing fate by shifting power to the "losers" in other iterations...

Already hype, will be buying

I revise my current answer. It's still obvious the same guy from every story, the person who lead a battle against overwhelming odds as retold from the Freljord stories, the Shurmian tomb, and the Noxian fable. Some kind of ancient Noxus seems to be the overwhelming odds, since their story is the only one told form the other side of the coin (ie, the loosing side).
Some would consider a warrior who leads an army against overwhelming odds a hero, but there's so much bloodshed in these stories...
