i recently bought a gateway but i just have a feeling it would suck for gaming such as league and is unaware of the fps on league, so if anyone can help out thank you

and if u got any suggestions of a good desktop tower to buy for a cheap price that picks up decent fps on league.

Most all your OEMs use the same quality of parts in them, so it is more about what hardware you buy in it than what the name on the box is. Typically you can build better for the same cost or cheaper, but if you are buying a system, look at Dell, HP, iBuyPower, MSi, find the cheapest, for the particular hardware configuration you want and go for it.

A super basic setup that would run League just fine? AMD FX4300 or Core i3 3220, 4GB of RAM, AMD 7790, 7850, for Nvidia GTX 660 and better would be plenty.

GTX 650 can actually max league, but I'd go no less than a GTX 650 Ti/Ti Boost.
