Wow what a loser. In a school were 60% is a C and you still got D's? My school is as follows:
A+ (4.0): 99-100
A (3.75): 94-98
A- (3.5): 93
B+ (3.25) 92
B (3.0): 86-91
B- (2.75): 85
C+ (2.5): 84
C (2.25): 78-83
C- (2.0): 77
D+ (1.75): 76
D (1.5): 71-75
F (1.25) 70 and below

And I have a 3.601 atm, working full time, 6 classes in college, running a house hold, taking care of my mom because she has cancer and running a business. GET ON MY LEVEL.

I'd imagine to ensure the plant is operating within the legal boundaries of it's license.

But why would a company hire a lawfirm to do process calculations, it's like going to the hairdresser to get your tax return done.
