Practice is the best way imo.

It takes awhile to get used to Csing but it is one of the most important things to learn in the game. But, you must keep in mind the game isnt all about cs. Never prioritize cs over objectives such as dragons/turrets. It pretty much just takes practice that you learn from playing games.

Don't be afraid to use skills to last hit. CS means a lot more than you think late game.

Some champions, like Zed, have abilities that make getting CS much easier.

Usually while jungling it is great to learn a path for each of your favorite junglers. for example Rengars path for me is and early wraiths followed by red and a bot gank. sure this doesn't help you CS as well but it helps make sure your entire team does well overall. If you get used to running the same path over and over again it can help you in the future by being able to decide if you need to head to a lane right away to help or if you can clear one camp really quickly then go. Being able to clear camps quicker gives more CS over time and gives you an advantage in gold over the enemy jungler pretty quickly so it does help to incorporate either ad or attack speed into your jungle build and not just go full tank. I hope this helped all you junglers out their and taught you some new techniques if you didn't already know them.
