Client acting weird, won't allow ranked play.

I've had issues with the Mac client for the past week or so. Frequently, when I log in an error message appears: "Connection Timeout: The request to the server has timed out." And when I go to queue for ranked, it says I do not own 16 champions (which I do). I also noticed it won't let me queue for a normal draft pick because "This option unlocks at lvl 5." I'm level 30.

Additionally, various profile tabs won't load (i.e. champions) and my match history is not displaying correctly.

This problem occurs seemingly randomly, as sometimes I will relog and it will stop. But I'm wondering if there's a way to fix this permanently.
