So i Play LoL on Mac and when i update the Peer to Peer Transfer is unchecked, no problem i check it and click save, i go to play and i crash so i check the Peer to Peer again and it's unchecked how an i make Peer to Peer be check please help as i really want to play

The real question I have is, why would you ever want peer to peer checked? Its only function is to save Riot some money on bandwidth. I have no problems pulling down very fast patch downloads with it unchecked.

because i was told that Peer to Peer was required to play matches

It is not required at all. Peer to peer only deals with downloading patches. When it's enabled, it downloads patch data from other people playing LoL, and they can in turn download their patches from you.
