... ill elaborate on sub zero.

subzero:

passive: when attacked by an enemy that is slowed sub zero reflects .3% of the attacker's health as magic damage over 3 seconds.

Q: ice blast: Sub zero summons a ball of ice and launches it forward damaging the first champion it hits. (ignores minions and monsters) Deals 50/70/95/1120/150 plus (.8 ap) and slows the enemy's movement by 15% for 2 seconds. cooldown is 11/9/8/7/6.
Range = 700.

W: ice Luge: sub zero blast the ground with ice in a an area in front of him, creating a slippery surface. enemy units that step on the luge have their movement direction randomly changed in a 90 degree angle for 2 seconds. Minions and monsters also take 20/30/40/50/60 magic damage per second in the luge.
cooldown: 19/17/15/13.5/12 seconds.
duration of luge: 5 seconds (can only affect the same champion once per cast)
Range: 800 (length), 200 (width).

E: passive: increase magic resist by 7/12/16/20/23
active: for 5 seconds sub zero's basic attacks slow the enemies movement speed by 2% per attack, effect can stack up to 4 times. Slow last for .5 seconds per stack, to a maximum of 2 seconds (from the first hit).
cooldown: 14/13/12/11/1

Ulti (R): channeled (1.75 seconds to channel)Sub Zero engulfs himself in a translucent orb of ice that grows larger for each .25 second its channeled. Can be activated at any time for reduced damage. Upon channeling or being activated early, sub zero throws the massive orb in an arcing launch (like ziggs ult) to a target area; while in the air towards its target sub zero sprints for that location and uppercuts any champion in the area (there will be a circle like ziggs ult to show where you are not safe from the projectile blizzard or the uppercut itself).
magic damage from projectile: 150/275/400 (+ .5 total magic resist)
physical damage from uppercut: 200/325/475 (+ .4 ap).
cooldown: 110/85/70 seconds
RANGE: 700
