I try not to blame my teammates and try to fix myself, but at this point I really don't know what to do. I main ADC, but I'm willing to do any role my team wants me to do. Last game I went 8/2/7 as Vayne, and I tried my best to outplay everyone but 3 people on my team kept getting caught out, and fed their lanes like there's no tomorrow. The fed Mordekaiser on the other team told me that "If you can't beat a fed enemy team 1v5, you're not going to win." I was thinking about it and it was true. I just went from my promo series to Silver, to 0 points in Bronze 1. Of course there are times when my team is "good", and I'm extremely grateful for those times. But otherwise, 70% of my games have either feeders, AFKers, or just people who don't know how to play the game. How can I improve myself to win/carry ranked? My lolking thing is here. http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/35381791#history

Post up replay so people can see your mistakes and show you how to fix them. Other then SUPER general tips, which you claim to know, that's really the only way people can help you.

I have been climbing lately with ease in bronze
Few things I have been doing differently from when I was free-falling the elo-ladder.
I never play another ranked after a loss.
I only play draft mode to get as much practice as possible.
I watched streams to improve my mechanics, and also im in love with Hafu XD
I only play my main Champs in ranked. I DO not play a champ in ranked if I havent at least played that champ over 100 games.
I never flame, rage,or "giving advice" in games. I immediately mute whoever posts anything distracting in chat. Most of my ranked games, I muted my whole team. Communicate through ping, and I will still type chat message They cant flame me but I can still let them know where Im going to gank next.
last, not least, always be ready to carry hardcore!! part of muting your whole team and just go man-mode. Make plays while free of flame-messages.
Unmute your team after you victory is imminent to say "gg,WP"

You need to teach the feeders.
As they have a built-in defence against telling them directly you must go from a contrary.
In one of my games some genius was telling "focus swain". I wrote "focus the tank". Being the textbook bots they are they ofc started to ridicule me. I then wrote "swain is the tank, focus him". It worked and we won the game.

It is extremely hard (although not completely impossible) to win the game 1v9. You need to reclaim your team and make it 5v5 again.
For that you would likely need the good standing with your team thus with their faction. As most players are Slaaneshi cultists - porn wankers and gays, you will need to become one yourself or study them in measure enough for a flawless emulation.
Another way is to spread your ideals. If your paradigm is powerful enough, it will gain followers and you will have increased chance to gamble a likely-minded ally.

You shouldn't expect to win a 1v5, which I believe was his point. His team grossly outperformed yours, not to any fault of your own.

My placement into ranked was 8-2 siv 3, so I went in thinking if I played well I'd win consistently.

It took an afk on the other side to end my first losing streak that started game 10 of placement.

Game 54 or so was the last time I would have a 50% w/l till game 154. I started out well winning the first game to promote me back to siv 4, then it fell apart.

2nd game of promo, I'm last pick and end up as a blitz support (vayne adc) vs draven/soraka. We dominate the lane completely, but enemy mid gets fed, and out top doesn't do so hot. It was still winnable but the xin got pissy and went afk even though in reality his lack of jungling skill is why he died so often in the first place.

3rd game - we played decent but our team crumbled against the enemy's cc during teamfights. We probably should have forced the split push but other than that the enemy team played well and earned their win.

After the failed series, my teams went downhill.

I lost count of how many supports failed to support out of my last 10 games, but it was at least 4. And when I say failed, I'm talking how I would have rather had an ai teammate they did so badly failed.

I didn't always adc those last 10, but wow... it sure was a problem area frequently (bot lane).

To summarize - they're are going to be strings of games where its beyond your control to salvage the game, especially as an adc. I've saved some games by taking over support (as adc) and warding for my team since they wouldn't - but that only goes so far.

Worry less about the wins and more about your play. Often I find myself trying to learn to adapt to my teammates, as what I would expect them to do and what they end up doing can vary. I'm also trying to learn to dodge more - as eating losses that could be prevented at the champ select screen aren't worth it in the long run. Sure, I've been surprised, but most of the time when I think the team will lose based on attitude/team comp I'm right.
