I have noticed that she's higher rating than she should be.
She was openly elo boosting on stream and advertising it as freelo on Twitter. Some dude made a big thread about it with quite a bit of evidence but it just kinda died away and Riot support ignored him.

What I found interesting in this thread:

1) Rhux's real name is Kennen
2) nyjacky's first name is ChengLong, same pronunciation as Jackie Chan's Chinese name.

Smurf = playing in your own alt account

Elo boosting = playing in someone elses account.

The difference between masturbation and solicitation. Only one is illegal.

Bad move. Riot should embrace and regulate elo-boosting, and allow only "Riot certified" boosters to boost on a strict pay scale (and Riot can then ban out any 3rd party competition, thus ensuring complete monopoly of the market, allowing Riot to raise or lower prices depending on supply/demand, such as 200% markup near the end of the season when people are desperately trying to get the rewards). Riot can then take a cut of the boosters paycheck. Riot's refusal to branch out and find new revenue streams is a mistake.

Do other elo-boosters get the chance that these mates get?
You know, second chance before they get perm-banned.

If not, wow. Play favorites more.

If yes, good job, Riot.

Why was this publicized? I thought that Riot strongly believed against that sort of thing.
