Why only a warning????
That kind of **** deserves a ban.
NintendudeX also deserves punishment for being an accomplice and encouraging such toxic behavior.

Because creating multiple accounts or having friends help you is completely impossible?

Are you ****ing serious? Someone with future telling possibilities went through building reputations on each one of those accounts to get back at a guy who insulted him in a game of league of legends?

You're trolling.

Where in the final ruling does it say Hex DoSed anyone? The closest we get is "may have" and circumstantial evidence. Neither of which prove anything beyond reasonable doubt. The punishment is fair, and aside from bias in their wording to make him sound far more guilty than they can prove, I think Riot did a good job here.

Being too lenient, needs perm ban. This type of behavior is unacceptable.

so riot, you are contacting the relevent authorities, correct? DoS attacks are prohibited by federal law and by not reporting it you can be held as accessory to this crime. lets finally see some ******bags get real punishment, since we all know you dropped the ball with IWDominate already.
