Half of this was stolen from over here, but I expanded upon it and thought I would share with the rest of you guys in a new thread.

The first part, (credits to Saint Goldenboy) is very simple. Open up the windows terminal, and paste this code;

Quote:
ping 216.52.241.254 -t
It's simple, and it shows you what your ping to the LoL servers are.

Me, being the computer coding guy I am, decided to make a batch file that would do the exact same thing, but with the different servers (NA, NE, EW) and a couple other fun things as well. I got the IPs from over here.

Source;
Quote:
@ECHO OFF
@setlocal enableextensions enabledelayedexpansion
cls

ECHO North America...(NA)
echo 66.150.148.0/24
echo 64.7.194.0/24
echo 192.64.170.0/24
echo.
ECHO Europe-West.....(EW)
echo 95.172.65.0/24
echo 64.7.194.0/24
echo.
ECHO Europe-Nordic...(EN)
echo 95.172.65.0/24
echo 66.150.148.0/24
echo 64.7.194.0/24
echo.

I went to the link you provided and I tried pinging the NA servers manually by typing in "ping [ip]" and for all 4 attempts the request timed out. I haven't tried your program yet but will it even work?

EDIT: Copy and pasted your batch code into a batch file and ran it, and it surprisingly DOES work. Why is it when I do a manual ping to the server it doesn't work, but your batch code does? WTF?

Suggestion:

When checking for the server name input, add /I before "%serv" to ignore the case of the letters.

Or you simply use the LoL Ping Checker and having your current pings always in view.

Please try to use the Google server if you don't want to play now. It helps that the LoL servers are not damaged too hard

Take a look at PingPlotter. It keeps pinging trace hops and has neat graphs for current ping and history data.

so when i type ping 216.52.241.254 -t my ping is around 70-80 but in games some it feels like every other game it is doing double that is kinda annoying anything that i can do ?
