Ra Zarac The Abomination

My rough sketch (I promise I drew this)
http://imgur.com/iegNHFB

Lore: Long ago, in the days when Boram Darkwill had just begun ruling Noxus, there had been a terrible defeat of the Noxian military by Demacia. Darkwill was outraged, and sought revenge in the most terrible manner possible. He called upon his greatest alchemists and magicians to create a beast like no other, with no limit in power and dark magical use. After many failed, horrible attempts, they finally pieced together and bound a hideous creature, said to be the most frightening thing alive. As testing went on and it survived the Noxian alchemists augmenting and surgical procedures, it acquired the brain of a recently deceased warlord. Thought to have no memory whatsoever, it was unknowingly placed in the creature’s skull. At that very instant it awoke and killed all of its creators. It then promptly escaped into the night, not to be seen again for a hundred years, and even then just popping up as a mysterious killer of warlords and scientists.

Recently, it resurfaced, as an intelligent, cold blooded terror that fed on the very energy that allowed its creation, a beings’ life force. As it consumed the life force, it consumed the body and the mind of the creature, gaining new knowledge, and acquiring intelligence far surpassing any being. As its reign of terror spread from the lands around Noxus to Demacia, it gave itself a name, the name of its own brain in its previous life, Ra Zarac. Finally, it was hunted down and captured through a joint effort of Jarvan IV and Warwick, their only known alliance. As it remained he remained in captivity, Ra Zarac was not fed anything. He began to develop a hunger so severe that it caused his body to change ever further, with the hopes of securing a kill. After months of imprisonment, he requested to join the League, as his hunger drove his motives. With no success in mind, but instead an easy meal of one of his guards, he was caught by surprise when the doors opened to him. Now, with an insatiable hunger, he searches for those who captured him, with the goal of consumption of their life force, so that he may be without equal.

This guy seems really cool, but his abilities look to strong, in terms of the scaling. But I think with some refinements he could be really awesome. Can't wait to see what you add.

I have to disagree with Days to Come, I'm worried that you would have to rely to heavily on the ult for stats. I guess it wouldn't be as bad late game, but in early game it would be miserable. Low health, low stats, not a lot of ways to get ahead. Thats how it seems anyway, could be totally wrong.

The starting Magic Resist would be really OP, 31 MR is usually a 20-25% magic block which would be like getting a Null-mantle at beginning. Plus when it comes to percent things like Ultimates, you need to be very careful. I understand this would be a very good champion late game, but getting in percents is really OP, because you could just keep stacking it up for late game. And if targets were do build mana (such as manamune and Staff) would lead to this character never leaving a lane, especially with a blue buff. Plus, a whole AD and AP hybrid champ would be confusing. And with this character the percent ratios would be to high. He would be dealing so much damage in his abilities. He would then benefit from building either straight damage or AP, because with that passive it covers or improves both. Try instead of a permanent ult make it like a Cho'gath ult, that would make it at least applicable to put him down and have to get back up again.
