Lets play some Catch the Teemo!!!

Rules:

The objective of this mode is to kill the enemy Teemo while protecting your own.
It is played on the map Crystal Scar.

-No capping points!
- 5v5 Blind Pick, each team must pick Teemo. (whoever wants it really. In case of a conflict, whoever locks it in first gets to play it)
-You can fight anywhere on the map.
-All champs/abilities/summoners allowed.
-You can kill any of the enemy team's players.
-Teemo cannot go back to base, unless he dies. No restriction on other champions.
-Teemo cannot stealth!
-Teemo must stay in the middle circle unless chased out (IE, no camping in the outer circle).
-Guardian angel is allowed on non-Teemo characters. All other items are allowed for all champions.
-It is played till 10 kills on the enemy Teemo.
-Teemo can help the team with all abilities and can play as aggressively or passively as he wishes.
-After the 10 kills the losing team calls a surrender vote. If they don't in a reasonable time-frame, the winning team 5 caps.
Honor/Optional/Preference/Additional rules:

*No base camping. If you win a fight, its not really fair or fun to follow their Teemo out of their base.
Note: The quality of the game is dependent on both Teemos playing with honor. In this regard Teemo is a poor choice for catching, because it is so easy to cheat, but on the otherhand, no champions are as hated, and the mode is already established. This can be considered the CTT++ as the mode was originally on Summoner's Rift, but was adapted for the Dominion map because it was superior in a number of ways (fewer ways to cheat, more items/abilities, and the layout give Teemo more options for running without making it too burdensome for chasers).

General Tips and Tricks:

If it is your first game of Catch the Teemo, don't pick Teemo! (unless your team leaves it to you). Teemo in this mode is a very different playstyle than in other modes... you owe it to your team to at least observe how the Teemos play before you pick it up.

Recommended Teemo items
Rule of thumb is that you can build offensively in proportion to your Team's ability to keep you safe. One pretty successful build is the "Tank Teemo" where you stack tank items. Another is MS Teemo (not zeal stack, but grabs boots of Mobility and Shurelias as core items). One thing to keep in mind is that Dominion has a couple exclusive items. One potent combo if you can get away with it is Black Fire Torch and Wooglets Witchap, which will have you pretty much set for damage with some decent utility, but leaves you squishy midgame.

In General
Boots: Mobility/Swiftness/Mercs/Sorcs if confident

Defensive Options: Randuins/Shurelias/Frozen Mallet/Rylais/Funfire Cape

Offensive Items: Wooglet's Witchcap/Blackfire Torch/

Summoner Spells: choice of Flash/Ghost/Cleanse/Barrier/Heal

Team Comps:

-There's a number of different team styles that work well. One idea is that you burst down Teemo before he can react (pick 1+ assasins). Another is to pick a team that dominates teamfights (win a big fight, then roam the map with your survivors and kill Teemo).

-Pick a Tanky CC-Train. You need something to prevent people from reaching your Teemo, or to hold theirs in place if your team isn't very sticky on their own.

-Pick champions with some sort of scaling. You might not get full items in a game, but you usually get more than in your average Summoner's Rift game. Make sure you pick champions who can take advantage of the increased gold/experience.

-Pick into your team's strengths. For instance, if you team picks AP Shaco/Anivia, they are probably going for a more zone control/turtle comp, while Nocturne/Pantheon/Twisted Fate/Rengar signal a more aggressive comp.

Introduction/Basic tips to the map

For those of you that mostly play classic, there are a few key differences between the maps. See the attached picture of the minimap. Red is good hiding spots/green signals bushes... I probably missed a couple.

1.) There are areas that seem "inside" the jungle circle area that are still globally visible (unless you are a stealth champ)
2.) The area around Storm Shield buffs and neutral points (hopefully all of them if you read the rules above) gives true sight to both teams. Be aware that you can't sneak through that area... sometimes its better to go around.
3.) If you run from speed shrine to speed shrine you will likely keep permanent up-time on the buff until you stray away. If you are chasing an enemy and they hit a shrine, they will gain a bit of distance from you, but you will gain it back when it runs out.
4.) If you recall on a speed-shrine you can get back into the action faster from base.
